If you already have a telehealth solution or are considering one, we offer the ability for your staff to set a telehealth schedule based on physician availability and allow patients to select from an offering of times to book their virtual visit. Why is the ability to schedule virtual visits online important? Here’s a few advantages:

  • Answering phones is a drain on staff time. Allowing patients to book their appointment online frees up the phone lines.
  • Patients can select a time that works for them rather than waiting on a physician to show up.
  • Patients can book their appointment after hours.

Text-based communication

Both walk-in and online check-in patients sign in upon arrival from their phones instead of a kiosk from a safer distance, such as from the parking lot. Here’s how it works:

  • Ask patients to send a text with your unique keyword from their car.
  • They’ll receive a simple, online sign-in form to collect their basic information and put them in line.
  • Automated texts instruct patients to remain in their car and set expectations around the waiting process.
  • You can call patients and/or trigger a text when you are ready to see them.
